Your Discovery Flight, step by step

Before you fly
You meet your instructor at Anderson Regional Airport. Together you walk around the Cessna 172 and go over what the flight will look like, and you can ask anything you like.

In the air
After takeoff your instructor hands you the controls. You’ll feel how the airplane climbs, turns and levels off over the Upstate, and the instructor is right beside you on dual controls the whole time.

Back on the ramp
Back on the ground you debrief together and log the flight. The instructor explains what training from here would look like. There’s no sales pitch, and the decision is yours to make whenever you’re ready.
